Radin is a second-year MSc student in the Syntax Lab whose research interests are Persian modality, event structure, and complex predicates. His current project investigates the structure of Persian modal constructions that appear to have ‘defective’ agreement on the subject of the clause. His other broad interests include the syntax-semantics interface, and diachronic syntax.
