Rober is currently a PhD student in the Biomedical Engineering program at McMaster University, co-supervised by the ARiEAL researchers, Drs. John Connolly and Jim Reilly. There are two other successful McMaster applicants got named to this inaugural cohort: Omar Boursalie (PhD students in the School of Biomedical Engineering), and Kiret Dhindsa, a postdoctoral fellow cross-appointed to Research and High Performance Computing and the Faculty of Health Sciences’ Department of Surgery, who is supervised by another ARiEAL Researcher, Dr. Ranil Sonnadara .
