Diane Doran is currently the Delivery Operations Director at BenchSci, an AI technology company that is on a mission to speed up the drug discovery process, where she works to make sure teams have the information and processes they need to be effective. Prior to her current role, she spent 4 years leading the Customer Success team at BenchSci, managing engagements with large pharmaceutical clients. After graduating from McMaster’s Cognitive Science of Language program where she was a member of Dr. Kucerova’s Syntax Lab, Diane decided to pursue a career in industry, and gained experience in event production and digital marketing roles before landing at BenchSci.
