We are happy to announce that for our first Life After ARiEAL event of the Winter we will have Heather Wild joining us again! This time to help us improve our CV/cover letter writing game. The event will take place Wednesday, Feb 4 (3-4:30pm) at LRW 4018.
Those of us who attended Heather’s talk last Winter will remember how insightful it was. This one is likely to be even more helpful, because it will be a little more interactive than the last. Given how CV/cover letter writing is tightly related to the job description being applied for, we encourage you to bring a job posting that looks interesting to you and a version of your CV that could be worked on during the event.
That said, Heather will also walk us through the process of identifying and finding relevant job postings, so you are very welcome to attend even if you do not currently have a posting in mind.
